The Cromwell - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We were just visiting the Casino floor & eating at Giada's Restaurant. The areas that we were in were clean organized and had a comfortable level of relaxed light. The machines were all lit up and operational. It wasn't terribly busy... Enough to feel the energy of Vegas, but not crowded. The tables were well manned, a bit quite when we came in, but we're popping by time we left. I have a separate review for Giada's... Which of course was superb.

We've stayed here six times and the reason we keep going back is because of the service. Hector is a gem! He is always so helpful and nice. Angelina is the best bartender. The 2nd time we came back she remembered us and still does every time. We enjoy our time playing poker at the bar chatting with her and the rest of the guys at the bar. We are excited about the upcoming changes. I just hope the cozy, welcoming feeling stays the same. We feel like family at The Cromwell.

Great place. Center strip. Smaller in size and quieter after a busy evening on the strip. I understand there is a schedule for a change in owners and renovation. Overal great experience.

Rooms are nice and clean. Shower pressure is kind of crappy but overall friendly staff clean hotel prime location right on the strip in the middle of everything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Cromwell is easily my favorite casino to play at on the Strip, and the fact that it’s part of Caesars Rewards is a big bonus (I didn't stay here on my recent visit, just played in the Casino over the weekend). The whole place feels classy and intimate compared to its neighbors, whether you’re on the video poker machines or at the table games. A special shout-out to Angelina at the video poker bar — we’ve had her the last few trips, and she’s fantastic. Super friendly, great energy, and she absolutely loves Canadians. Plus, she makes one of the best Caesars you’ll find in Vegas. If you want a stylish, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable place to play, The Cromwell is hard to beat.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cromwell for the first time, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk named Evelin who set the tone for what would become a truly unforgettable experience. Her kindness, attentiveness, and overall positive energy made me feel valued right from the start. It was clear that her commitment to great customer service was not just a job but a genuine passion. Her attention to detail was impeccable: she not only ensured that we had a smooth check-in but also followed up with a personal call to check if we were satisfied with our room. When there was a mix-up with the room assignment, she didn’t hesitate to offer a $50 drink credit as a thoughtful gesture. Each time I saw her during my stay, she addressed me by name, making me feel like a VIP guest. Throughout my time at The Cromwell, I was continuously impressed by her high standard of customer service. When I needed to store my luggage after checking out due to a late flight, she went the extra mile to hold onto my bags, keep my food safe, and even provided me with a Cromwell-branded bag to carry my food in when I returned. It’s these thoughtful, personalized touches that made my experience stand out. In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel itself is charming and inviting. The boutique-style decor gives it a cozy, intimate feel, and my room was not only clean but also beautifully designed. The Cromwell is a perfect blend of modern comfort and old-school Vegas charm, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a more personalized, unique experience in the heart of the Strip. Though I initially came to The Cromwell to attend a performance by Lil Wayne, who was a no-show by the way.... Evelin ensured that I still left with a lasting impression of a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Vegas and will be recommending The Cromwell to everyone I know. If you're looking for top-tier service, a cozy atmosphere, and a memorable stay in Las Vegas, The Cromwell is the place to be.

We love The Cromwell, we stayed there in June '25 and plan to visit again in June '26. My husband and I go to Vegas every June for celebrations and we've stayed at most of the hotels on the strip. The top reason we enjoy this hotel is because of it's size and location. We have stayed at the larger hotels and the walk to and from your room to Casino or just to leave the hotel has gotten OLD. At The Cromwell, you walk in and in a short walk you are able to access the elevators to your room and then out to the main strip with ease. I will say, the view from our room was nothing to write home about, but we will trade a grand view for ease of access any day of the week. We stayed in one of their larger suites and it was decorated fabulously. A vintage slot machine, retro furniture, 2 bathrooms, the shower had a steamer option which is amazing for how dry the weather can make my skin in Vegas. Full size fridge. It was fabulous! Highly recommend giving this hotel a try.

I didnt stay here but did come to check out the hotel and the vibes and ended up doing some gambling. I did like the vibe and waiting for it to be transformed into Vanderpumps. I will update when I stay here
